Please take notice that there will be a Public Hearing before the Village Board to consider the following: Amendment to the Planned Unit Development Agreement for Hartland Riverwalk Building #3, 200 E. Capitol Drive.
Applicant seeks the amendment to allow not less than 3,000 square feet commercial space and up to six residential units or up to full commercial use in the mixed use building.
