Deputy Clerk

The Village of Hartland is seeking a detail-oriented individual to serve as Deputy Clerk.  Full time, non- exempt position reports to the Village Clerk assisting with the performance of all essential duties of the clerk’s office including licensing,  preparing documents including minutes and agendas for various boards, maintaining official records, election related tasks;  providing customer service to the public including registrations, payments and other general inquiries. 

Minimum requirements include experience as a Deputy Clerk or other municipal office position including a minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience or any combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
