Notice of Public Hearing
Zoning Map Amendment 
Monday, July 26, 2021, 6:30 p.m. 
Program Room, Hartland Library Building, 110 E. Park Ave., Hartland, Wisconsin 

The Hartland Village Board will conduct a Public Hearing at a meeting of the Village Board to review a Rezoning Petition for properties identified as HAV0730964001 and HAV0730964002, having a general street address of 415 W. Capitol Drive, located at the southeast corner of Capitol drive and Zion Street,  Hartland for the petitioned rezoning of 1.5258 acres to B-3 from the existing zoning of Institutional by the owner, Zion Evangelical Church and contemplating one phase of construction site work. During the public hearing, comments will be received about the proposed use as an EVENT CENTER by Miller Marriott Construction Co. LLC or assignee.

Site, building plans and elevation renderings are available for review in the Administrative Office during business hours:  M-F, 7:30 am-4:30 pm.  

 After the public hearing, the Hartland Plan Commission on a date to be determined will conduct a final review of the proposed rezoning and full development details and a proposed PLAN OF OPERATION for the purpose of making a final recommendation to the Village Board, who will then consider and take possible action on the recommendations of the Plan Commission regarding all of the above indicated matters.  The hearing will be held at 6:30 pm or as soon as this matter can be taken up thereafter in the in the Program Room of the Hartland Library Building.

All interested parties will be heard during the scheduled Public Hearing.
