Notice of Public Hearing
Zoning Map Amendment 
Monday, May 24, 2021, 6:30 p.m. 
Program Room, Hartland Library Building, 110 E Park Ave. Hartland, Wisconsin. 

The Hartland Village Board will conduct a Public Hearing at a meeting of the Village Board to review a Rezoning Petition for property identified as HAV0388989001,  located east of Winkelmann Rd and north of Lisbon Road, for the petitioned rezoning of 59.26 acres to Rm-3 PUD Multiple Family Residential  and the allowance of four (4) possible phases of construction. During the public hearing, comments will also be received about the proposed Planned Unit Development Agreement to ultimately allow the construction of 110 condominiums in 33 two family buildings and 11 four family buildings during the course of four (4) phases.

All roadways and utilities will be privately owned and maintained. PETITIONERS: Siepmann Realty Corporation/Longmeadow Development LLC, W240 N1221 Pewaukee Road, Waukesha, WI.   53188.

Site and building plans are available for review in the Administrative Office during business hours:   M-F, 7:30 am-4:30 pm.  

After the public hearing, the Hartland Plan Commission on a date to be determined will conduct a final review of the proposed rezoning and full development details for the purpose of making a final recommendation to the Village Board, including the scope of the rezoning with respect to the number of phases to be allowed to proceed, who will then consider and take possible action on the recommendations of the Plan Commission and all of the above indicated matters.  The hearing will be held at 6:30 pm in the Program Room of the Hartland Library Building.   

All interested parties will be heard during the scheduled Public Hearing.
